Michelle Gutierrez, Esq.
Michelle was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, the youngest of 5 children. She graduated with her BA in English from Texas A&M University in the fall of 2019. Michelle joined Oklahoma City University School of Law in the Fall of 2020, during the COVID Pandemic. Michelle graduated in the top 30% of her class at OCU Law and was involved in the Hispanic/Latine Law Student Association, Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law, Texas Legal Society, and was a Class Officer in her final year at OCU.
Michelle has spent the past 2 years as an Attorney representing underprivileged youth in foster care. Michelle’s first passion is children’s rights, followed by the defense and advocacy of all individuals.
Michelle is married to long-time Carter County resident and Attorney, Alexis Benitez.
